Whether you are working with us to execute your entire wedding weekend or simply the floral design for the big day, we are weaving a story that is reflective of the couple. Each of our services is a custom package design based on the needs of the client, but the nuts and bolts of our services are about the same.
Whether you are a floral or a planning client, we start with the same initial consult. In this meeting, we’ll get an understanding of your budget and how you want to apply that budget. We’ll discuss the flow of the day and your overall vision. It’s an overarching start to paint a picture of the weekend.
We sign the contract and pay the retainers. Payment plans and schedules are set up based on the services under contract.
For floral clients, we receive a layout from your planner along with general quantities around the day (for example: number of bridesmaids, table sizes and quantities, etc). We begin by drafting the vision!
For planning clients, we begin with selecting the cast of players that will be a part of the wedding or event.
For planning clients and floral clients, design boards come closer to the event - roughly 6 months out.
We are detail-oriented and focused designers. Our focus is on the client, their family, and executing the vision we’ve laid out with them over the course of our relationship together. Being a comprehensive design studio, we are afforded the opportunity to work with our community and our clients in a very unique way that we are inspired by daily.
We take a select few full planning clients a year. We work with each client on the scope of their weekend from rehearsal dinners to brunches and beyond - and of course, the wedding. We manage all facets of the day and become your advocate throughout the process. Calmly and confidently navigating the turns that come throughout is something in which we take a great amount of pride, and manage the details in that spirit. All packages are custom.
Selecting high-end, quality blooms and how they will highlight your day is our passion. We approach our floral design with a very careful eye and are diligent when it comes to crafting the recipes that will make the creations you see on the day. Our style is natural, garden-inspired, and full of luxe stems. We take a select number of floral events a year, and we require a full service or partial planner. Minimums apply.
We are happy to work with destination brides or clients who need design assistance. We love working with partial or day of planners who are focused on the logistics, and we will focus on bringing the aesthetics to life. All packages are custom. May include, but not limited to:
We work with clients not only on weddings but for any other events as well. Whether it’s through our floral services or planning services, we’re here to make your event run seamlessly. Minimums apply.
We wear a lot of hats. We are a design and logistics team. We work with clients in many capacities related to your event, but to boil it down we can guide the logistics and design, or we can simply manage your floral design. We take a limited number of events a year, and we focus on one event a weekend to allow full investment into the process.
We are event designers. Oftentimes, we work with your planning team to orchestrate floral. Other times, we are the orchestrators of the day. We take a limited number for floral only and planning only events every year. If we are not available in one capacity for your date, we have a wonderful preferred vendors list with whom we work.
Learning about the blooms you love is one of our favorite parts of this journey! Equally, it’s important for us to learn about the blooms you don’t love! In our initial design meeting, we’ll cover this, and make sure that we have your top likes and dislikes when it comes to it. For us, all orders are placed after things are finalized three weeks before your event. In the flower industry, we are dealing with an incredibly fragile and perishable product.
We could order garden roses, and they could come in looking perfect, they could lose their luster in shipping, or they could simply not come in or be ready to be cut. We are at the mercy of Mother Nature. It is our policy never to promise a bloom but to do our best to procure it. When you give us the trust and flexibility to work with our growers and wholesalers to select what is the freshest and loveliest in your budget and color palette, we promise you’ll never be disappointed. Of course, we’ll list suggested blooms in your proposal, but creativity is key to executing a fabulous, Vero wedding and/or event!
All of our services are indeed custom, so we listen to your needs and draft our floral and planning proposals accordingly. However, we do listen to the budget(s) that you have in mind, and we evaluate our abilities to deliver your vision accordingly. We understand the financial stress around a wedding or event, and it is our job to offer realistic expectations that can temper that anxiety. We’re always on your team!
A labor fee covers the remainder of the team’s time between production and clean-up. It also covers any truck or equipment rentals and caring for your event team with rations as they produce your gorgeous event.
For floral, we have a holiday minimum and a non-holiday minimum. For planning, packages are custom designed based on the needs of the client.
Vero Events makes every effort to ensure that our work is as perfect as it can be from start to finish. At the end of the night, we offer floral to hardworking event staff or your guests, if you’re local. We are also happy to set up a donation of the floral, if we are able, and that is your wish. However, we simply ask that if you are interested in gifting flowers from the wedding to guests, or donating it, that you make sure to work with our team and make that clear in the design process. Once it is the week of the event, we are unable to facilitate those last-minute requests. All containers are also property of Vero Events, and will come home with us at the end of the night. We are happy to repurpose the floral in your own containers or disposable ones.
Vero Events requires a full service or partial service planner for each floral-only client.
Every event is a custom event. We typically offer just one service, but we are a boutique firm and carefully tailor our services to the client and their needs. We always start our relationship with a conversation about what you’re looking for and how we could guide you.
Sure! Please understand that repurposing floral will result in escalated labor and design fees as well as “refreshment” fees so that we can make sure the floral is at its freshest for the next event.
We immerse ourselves fully into your event. If we are your planning team, we want to make sure we’re available for you for the entire weekend. Our team is 100% yours. If we are your floral team, we are invested in not only the blooms but your lighting, rentals, and drape as they pertain to your overall look. We are a full-service studio, and manage ourselves as such. It’s an investment, but one we think you’ll look back on with joy!
“My wedding planner recommended working with Megan and Vero Designs and she could not have made a better suggestion! Megan was such a lifeline through the wedding planning process. She was also planning her own wedding and still made time to answer my annoying little questions and provide options until we found the perfect flowers. She took my vision and ran with it creating something more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! My bouquet was one of my favorite details of the entire day and I love looking back at the photos. Megan will make all your floral dreams come true!”

“It’s hard to put into words how thankful I am to have had Megan on my team during the wedding planning process. She is so much more than a talented florist…she went above and beyond in helping us turn our vision into reality. I never felt stressed or worried about something not getting done because she is one of the most organized and efficient people I know. And of course everything she touches is just beautiful. Thanks so much, Meg!”

“From the moment I met Megan and explained my vision, she “got it.” As a bride who also works in the wedding industry, it was crucial for me to work with someone who understood, was excited, and could execute the day with elegance and grace. Megan does just that – from the moment you meet her to the moment she delivers your bridal bouquet for the big day, you feel her warmth and love. Beautiful design and friendship go hand in hand with Megan. Forever grateful to have had her as my floral designer for our wedding.”

“Ten months after our wedding, I still get compliments on the flowers. I wish I could take even a little bit of credit for it, but it was all Megan. She took my limited direction, and managed to create exactly what I envisioned—only so much better! She’s incredibly organized and on-the-ball, making the whole floral process stress free. She also gave us the confidence to play with color in a way I wouldn’t have on my own. Huge thank you to Megan and her team.”

“Vero designs was such a special part of our special day. From our first meeting to the day of the wedding, Megan worked with us to ensure every floral detail was exactly what we wanted! She asks questions, listens intently, and is very responsive to requests, feedback, and communication throughout the planning process. She flawlessly executed my desire for a classic aesthetic with a modern twist and her attention detail is evident in her work. The florals at my wedding were beyond my wildest flower dreams and turned out better than I could have even imagined. Thank you Megan and the Vero Designs team! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone for your special occasion.”
