Whether you are working with us to execute your entire wedding weekend or simply the design details for the big day, we are weaving a story that is reflective of the couple. Each of our services is a custom package design based on the needs of the client, but the nuts and bolts of our services are about the same.
As storytellers, we wear many hats when it comes to the overall scope of your event.
Design & Wedding Planning
In this meeting, we’ll get an understanding of your vision and budget, and how you want to apply that budget. We’ll discuss the flow of the day and how that plays into your overall vision. It’s an overarching start to paint a picture of the weekend.
Initial Consult
We sign the contract and pay the retainers. Payment plans and schedules are set up based on the services under contract.
Contract
We begin with selecting the cast of players that will be a part of the wedding or event.
Vendor Selections
Design boards come closer to the event—roughly 6 months out.
Design
We are detail-oriented and focused designers. Our focus is on the client, their family, and executing the vision we’ve laid out with them over the course of our relationship together. Being a comprehensive design studio, we are afforded the opportunity to work with our community and our clients in a very unique way that we are inspired by daily.

We take a select few full planning clients a year. We work with each client on the scope of their weekend from rehearsal dinners to brunches and beyond - and of course, the wedding. We manage all facets of the day and become your advocate throughout the process. Calmly and confidently navigating the turns that come throughout is something in which we take a great amount of pride, and manage the details in that spirit. All packages are custom.

We wear a lot of hats. We are a design and logistics team. We work with clients in many capacities related to your event, but to boil it down we can guide the logistics and design, or we can simply manage your floral design. We take a limited number of events a year, and we focus on one event a weekend to allow full investment into the process.
All of our services are indeed custom, so we listen to your needs and draft our proposals accordingly. However, we do listen to the budget(s) that you have in mind, and we evaluate our abilities to deliver your vision accordingly. We understand the financial stress around a wedding or event, and it is our job to offer realistic expectations that can temper that anxiety. We’re always on your team!
Our services are based on the needs of the client. While we do not have a specific event minimum, we will guide your budget based on our client's expectations and the market budgetary trends. It is our main goal to set a reasonable expectation for our clients that respects their budget at the same time.
Vero Events requires a full service or partial service planner for each floral-only client.
Every event is a custom event. We typically offer just one service, but we are a boutique firm and carefully tailor our services to the client and their needs. We always start our relationship with a conversation about what you’re looking for and how we could guide you.
We immerse ourselves fully into your event. If we are your planning team, we want to make sure we’re available for you for the entire weekend. Our team is 100% yours. If we are your floral team, we are invested in not only the blooms but your lighting, rentals, and drape as they pertain to your overall look. We are a full-service studio, and manage ourselves as such. It’s an investment, but one we think you’ll look back on with joy!
