Floral Design & Wedding Planning

We are event designers. Oftentimes, we work with your planning team to orchestrate floral. Other times, we are the orchestrators of the day. We take a limited number for floral only and planning only events every year. If we are not available in one capacity for your date, we have a wonderful preferred vendors list with whom we work. 

Learning about the blooms you love is one of our favorite parts of this journey! Equally, it’s important for us to learn about the blooms you don’t love! In our initial design meeting, we’ll cover this, and make sure that we have your top likes and dislikes when it comes to it. For us, all orders are placed after things are finalized three weeks before your event. In the flower industry, we are dealing with an incredibly fragile and perishable product.

We could order garden roses, and they could come in looking perfect, they could lose their luster in shipping, or they could simply not come in or be ready to be cut. We are at the mercy of Mother Nature. It is our policy never to promise a bloom but to do our best to procure it. When you give us the trust and flexibility to work with our growers and wholesalers to select what is the freshest and loveliest in your budget and color palette, we promise you’ll never be disappointed. Of course, we’ll list suggested blooms in your proposal, but creativity is key to executing a fabulous, Vero wedding and/or event!

All of our services are indeed custom, so we listen to your needs and draft our floral and planning proposals accordingly. However, we do listen to the budget(s) that you have in mind, and we evaluate our abilities to deliver your vision accordingly. We understand the financial stress around a wedding or event, and it is our job to offer realistic expectations that can temper that anxiety. We’re always on your team!

A labor fee covers the remainder of the team’s time between production and clean-up. It also covers any truck or equipment rentals and caring for your event team with rations as they produce your gorgeous event.

For floral, we have a holiday minimum and a non-holiday minimum. For planning, packages are custom designed based on the needs of the client.

Vero Events makes every effort to ensure that our work is as perfect as it can be from start to finish. At the end of the night, we offer floral to hardworking event staff or your guests, if you’re local. We are also happy to set up a donation of the floral, if we are able, and that is your wish. However, we simply ask that if you are interested in gifting flowers from the wedding to guests, or donating it, that you make sure to work with our team and make that clear in the design process. Once it is the week of the event, we are unable to facilitate those last-minute requests. All containers are also property of Vero Events, and will come home with us at the end of the night. We are happy to repurpose the floral in your own containers or disposable ones.

Vero Events requires a full service or partial service planner for each floral-only client.

Every event is a custom event. We typically offer just one service, but we are a boutique firm and carefully tailor our services to the client and their needs. We always start our relationship with a conversation about what you’re looking for and how we could guide you.

Sure! Please understand that repurposing floral will result in escalated labor and design fees as well as “refreshment” fees so that we can make sure the floral is at its freshest for the next event.

We immerse ourselves fully into your event. If we are your planning team, we want to make sure we’re available for you for the entire weekend. Our team is 100% yours. If we are your floral team, we are invested in not only the blooms but your lighting, rentals, and drape as they pertain to your overall look. We are a full-service studio, and manage ourselves as such. It’s an investment, but one we think you’ll look back on with joy!
